Palette Fuji Boutique Japanese Hotel Near Nha Trang Beach

The room was super cute, had a very Japanese feel (even though I’ve never been to Japan, it matched my imagination), it was super quiet, and we stored our bags there for a while on the day we checked out.

The bed was good, but there was no hot water in the afternoon and evening, only very hot water in the morning; additionally, there were no curtain rolls for each window so early light entered the room, and the reception was not present when I arrived at 9 am.

“Cozy decor, but average cleaning”

I spent my time in a bright room with a sea view, and the décor felt tasteful while the towels and linens were high quality. A kind front‑desk girl with a round face helped everything run smoothly, even though we had to use Google Translate. However, the hotel requires you to request room service at reception, and the housekeeping could be a little more meticulous. The shower only reaches warm temperatures instead of hot, so a bit of work on housekeeping and hot water would make this place perfect.

The room itself was fine, but getting a receipt for my four‑night stay was a nightmare. The staff kept saying they’d email it, yet two weeks later I still hadn’t received it. Their phone number was wrong, so I couldn’t call them. I’m really dissatisfied with their service and wish someone had chased it up for me.
