Hampton Inn San Antonio Stone Oak

“Good value but lacking”

The price and location were good. Staff was nice. AC did not wk properly 2nd night, carpets were dirty and smelly. Same w elevator. Breakfast was a pour selection and not very healthy. The stuff they called sausage tasted funny. And that bed.hard as a rock. Not what I expect from Hampton

“WILL FORGET this Xperience!!”

The food was excellent and the service was good, but there wasn’t enough space to write, so I will never stay here again.

The front desk staff were nice and polite, yet the lady who cooked breakfast seemed annoyed by people’s presence. The first‑day breakfast was unsatisfying; bacon and eggs were over‑cooked, coffee was watery, and there were very few varieties. No water, no cream cheese, and the waffle batter was nearly gone by 7 am. Our room was comfortable, but we had to plug chargers into the bathroom because any wall outlet caused the lights to turn off. The carpets and office chair in our room were visibly stained.

“No pool, hard beds”

I liked that the room was close to a side door so we didn't have to drag our stuff through the lobby. Room phone had no cord, staff was generally indifferent, Only had 1 towel in our room for 3 guests, they charged the $50 incidentals fee twice and didn't give us Honors points for our last night. Breakfast was premade frozen stuff they just reheated. Bed was hard as a rock
