The spot was great, but the bed left a lot to be desired.

The hotel sits in a very convenient location for exploring Val D'orcia and Monte Amiata, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean and welcoming, and the value for money is excellent.

The staff were kind and understanding, yet the shower was cold, the heating control could not be shut off, there was no covered motorcycle parking, and it was very expensive.
