No toilet paper, the promised fan was missing, and the lift was broken. It made the stay pretty rough. The staff didn't fix the issues.

I had to call four times to get the key code, and it was 11 pm. The staff didn't apologize and seemed annoyed. It was a frustrating start.

My room was overbooked because of a system glitch, but they promptly set me up with a comparable room. It was a smooth fix and didn't cause me any trouble. I can't say much more about the place.
