The location was great and the balcony offered a stunning view. The owner was easy to communicate with and even offered a small fee pickup from the airport. The room opened onto a beautiful, spacious, old‑fashioned living room that gave off the charm of a traditional grand bourgeois apartment.

A stunning house with a gorgeous city view, and the taxi from the center to the house is very cheap.

The location is great with a beautiful view over Kutaissi, and the host family is very friendly. The bathroom lamp was flickering.

A decent option for staying in Kutaisi, a little further from the center; walking up the street takes a bit, but it’s close to the botanical garden and the temple. The town itself is small and easy to navigate. The house has a very unusual atmosphere, clearly built long ago, with the owners preserving the early‑20th‑century style. The room is spacious, has a large wardrobe, a balcony, and a separate toilet, and overall it was very comfortable. From the balcony you get a partially nice view of the city. The owner seemed a bit gloomy and there was no sense of warmth, unlike how we were welcomed in Signagi; his mother hardly came out to greet us, though we were offered chacha right away, but it felt obligatory. Breakfast seemed expensive for what was offered (900 rubles for an omelette, eggplants, tomatoes, cucumbers, pancakes, bread, and coffee), especially compared to Signagi where a more heartfelt meal was prepared for less money, including three salads and even watermelon for dessert. The coffee was very bitter and unappetizing. We were seated in the kitchen, which felt odd, even though there was a courtyard where we could have had a table and it would have been nicer in the summer. Most importantly, the promised balcony view was disappointing; almost everything was blocked by trees, the acacia in front of the window had grown too tall, so only a small part on the right is visible, making the view not worth the room.
