“Disappointed”

The room was clean and breakfast was good. We booked online, but when we arrived the motel had a big sign asking about special rates, so I asked. I was told that if we had called directly they could have offered us a room for $80. My husband and I both understood that our rate would be adjusted. When we checked out they charged the internet price. Because the supervisor wasn’t there, I was told to call. When I did, I was told no. On the next visit he argued with me and hung up. We won’t be returning. Very rude. I’d suggest hiring people who speak fluent English.

The rear entry door was supposed to be key‑card access but was open and not locked. The bathroom was tiny and had mold on the ceiling.

“I hope you can swim.”

I didn't have to drive far to get to the airport, but checking in at almost midnight after a long day of travel was a hassle. The first room they handed me was still dirty, so I asked for another one. The staff member looked surprised but didn’t apologize. The second room looked clean on the surface, yet the bathtub and sink kept backing up—my ankle was ankle‑deep in water when I tried to shower. I told the front desk when I left, but again they just looked surprised as if I’d done something wrong. I won’t stay there again.

“Decent place to stay for the price.”

The location is great, but there’s no elevator to carry luggage up to the second floor. Nobody was at the front desk, so I had to ring the bell and wait for someone to answer. The fridge in the room didn’t work.

The room was clean, but a false alarm triggered the fire alarm and I had to get up and go outside.
