The hotel offered a comfortable stay with clean rooms, friendly staff, and good food; the atmosphere was peaceful, the service quick and polite, the pool clean and well maintained, and the location convenient for travel—overall a pleasant experience and a great place to relax during the trip.

The manager, whose name I believe is Sujoy, behaved in an unacceptable way toward customers; his attitude made me feel unsafe for my family, and this terrible experience is a stark contrast to my years of booking through the platform.
