The Regency was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, though you have to climb a few stairs to enter the hotel, which is a bit hard with heavy luggage.

The spot is right in a quiet part of Via Veneto, and the staff are friendly and punctual with room service. They brew a great coffee that kickstarts everyone’s day, and the breakfast spread offers more than enough variety. The space feels relaxed, so you won’t hear any street noise while you sleep. This has become my go‑to hotel whenever I’m in Rome.

I had a frustrating experience with the lighting in my room, which refused to turn off at night, leaving me with no choice but to endure a sleepless night. The staff member I informed seemed unhelpful, stating that there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the concierge didn't provide me with the necessary information I needed during my stay. Despite these challenges, I still managed to find some redeeming qualities in my overall experience.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a beautiful new hotel, which boasted a friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's fast wi-fi was a welcome feature, and my room was spotless with excellent cleaning service. The comfortable bed and delicious coffee for breakfast were definite highlights. However, my experience was marred by a few issues - the bathroom was uncomfortably cold, and the towel rail was icy to the touch.
