My reservation was cancelled a few hours before my late departure, and when I asked for an alternative solution I was told to cancel the trip and sleep on the street. Terrible.

I only had a bed to sleep on after a long journey and walk. I walked into a noisy crowd the owner called students. They made noise even after midnight. The shower was broken, there was no water to flush the toilet. The windows are unreachable and someone was smoking in the bathroom. The kitchen is unkempt, the picture on the app isn’t the same room he offered. Overall, the place should even be. I walked out the next morning to find a better place to lodge. Sent an email to and no one gave a shout about it.

It’s not as described in the listing. The house is dilapidated and filthy. The room is different from the photos (much worse) and there’s no balcony. Only the location was somewhat convenient for walking, but it was a very bad stay. The total lack of cleanliness. The room was much worse than the photos. The kitchen was so dirty it was unusable. The bathroom was moldy and the shower had no curtain.

Nothing, because I can’t pay 100 euros just because I’m on Via Mezzocannone, risking every kind of illness at the same time. I swear I’ve never been so angry. The shower was completely covered in mold on every surface of the bathroom and the room was completely sticky. I now understand you host Indonesian students but there’s no reason to adapt their hygiene standards to ours, and I don’t even say they shouldn’t cook but damn put some air vents because I went to sleep with the smell of rotting chicken masala. It felt like the third world, I swear, terrible. Fernando, I love you, you’re also an honest worker but tell whoever pays you that the service offered is really crap, and try to educate and instruct those who have lived in that BNB longer about current hygiene norms or at least how to wash a damn floor: hot water, detergent and a rag, GOD.

“PEOR estancia en Nápoles, no lo recomiendo”

The location was fine but the apartment and the service were very bad. Good morning, I booked with my sister, and when we were about to take the flight the gentleman wrote that we were changing hotels, sent us some photos, and when we arrived it was super different. Then we arrived at the hotel and had to wait 40 minutes because there was no reception, everything was full of mosquitos, mold and dampness, it hurt our throats at night. The second day we talked to the owner because that was not the hotel we had booked and the mold was harming our health and he only answered with an “ok”. I found the service and the owner’s response very bad, there was also mold in the shower and the blankets smelled a lot of mold, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly.
