The location and proximity to the tram are positives. I couldn’t enter the premises for a long time; the key box code had already been given to a previous guest, so the box was open, and the person responsible took a while to respond to my calls. I was left outside in the rain. The rooms were not as clean or new as in the pictures, and most of the amenities listed on the booking site were missing.

The host refused my stay and didn’t answer my calls. There is no hotel, no accommodation, and no response.

There were four flights of stairs to climb, and I didn’t realize I’d be sharing the space with others (my mistake). There were no free toiletries as advertised, and I could go on…

When I arrived and called the number, the landlord said they were fully booked and I had no room, even though I had a booking confirmation. I’m still waiting for a refund, and the support is useless. Never again. Do not book this place.

The apartment was well maintained, but after a persistent approach the manager started asking intrusive questions. With a barely respectful tone, he slipped into a condescending voice and made ill‑timed remarks. Because I wasn’t there on the first day of the rental, I had to arrange for a friend to pick up the keys, under threat of a full cancellation with no refund. I sent a friend to collect the keys, and after a disrespectful introduction, he told me there were no keys to collect, only codes, and sent me a clear, concise message. Mr Lefebvre and his colleague clearly lack the skill or manner to welcome guests.
