“Buen servicio y comida, falta cuidar algunos detalles”
The service and food are very good. They have a wide range of restaurants, several pools including a quieter one for adults without many activities and kids. Attention to maintenance details is lacking. When we arrived, the hallway light just outside the room was burnt out, the bathroom switch was broken, and one of the sink towels had holes and was visibly worn. At the pool, a couple of loungers had the padding outside because the seams were broken all over. Nothing major, but these details make a difference in the hotel’s upkeep.
