“It was an okay stay would not recommend.”

The location is nice, but the hotel itself doesn’t match its exterior. The cost of the stay is definitely not justified. They charge U.S. prices for services but barely offer anything comparable. The room looked dilapidated, with many items old and in need of replacement. If you’re in hospitality, at least train staff to deliver quality customer service. Uber charged a waiting fee because no one opened the gate for the driver; I had to do it myself after he called, or else he would have left. That’s utterly ridiculous!

“No one should be sent to stay at this place. It’s a disgrace.”

The staff were a point of praise, but I had to change rooms three times. The rooms were dirty, rundown, unkept, dark, and the pool was unfit for swimming. The furniture was old and tied up. I couldn’t unpack because the closet smelled like a toilet.

“We meet again”

It was convenient for where I needed to be, a nice place and the staff were very welcoming. They tried to help as best as they could—thanks, and I’ll stay there again if I’m around, and then I’ll use the pool 😊 The only slight issue was that they call you in the morning to ask what you want for breakfast; that should be done in the evening, but it’s fine, case closed😉
