Located in Brisbane CBD, it offers on-site restaurants, including Settimo by Guy Grossi for Italian cuisine and The Charles' for international fare. City Botanic Gardens are 350 metres away. Facilities, location, service, and comfort were all top‑level.

The room itself was nice and the shower was great, yet the exterior of the room was awful, looking onto another building with no view at all, so opening the curtains wasn’t worth it.
