Friendly people, tasty food, and a quiet spot to finish reports, but no slippers in the room.

There was no hot water for the shower in the morning; even after calling multiple times and letting the water run for a very long time, nothing changed and no help was offered to fix it.

The location was good, housekeeping and the manager were friendly, parking was decent and the security at the main gate were very helpful. The rooms were fine and the food wasn’t bad. We arrived in the evening and met a receptionist who was completely unfit for hospitality, rude, unprofessional and clueless. Except for that guy, everyone else, including the manager, was really nice. Whenever we asked something, the same rude person never gave a clear answer.
