“It was a nice stay, but as previously stated, for the price I paid, I expected it to be nicer and as advertised.”

The spot was great, but the suite we received didn’t match the online photos at all. They advertised an oceanfront view, yet the room actually faced the aquarium and only partially looked out over the gulf. The kitchen seemed larger in the pictures and even had a kitchen island, but our unit lacked that feature. A pull on a kitchen drawer was broken, the toilet paper holder was defective, and there were a few ants and small bugs in the bathroom. Considering what I paid, I expected everything to be pristine and to match the images shown during booking.

“It exceeded my expectations”

We had an amazing stay. This trip was for my husband's 60th birthday and the Opal made sure it was a special stay for him. Our room was wonderful and there were chocolates waiting for us on the day of his birthday. Carol our housekeeper was so friendly

“A beautiful hotel with lovely staff”

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. We ended up staying far longer than expected as my husband became seriously ill while we were in Key West. The staff couldn’t have been kinder to him and to me. A special mention to Tanisha and Mason who were exceptional. We’re incredibly grateful to them. Nothing
