The tasting menu was interesting, but the presentation was often hard to decipher. The rest of the experience was as noted above.

“Excellent food and wine, bright modern rooms”

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel, from the moment I stepped into my clean and stylishly decorated room to the excellent wine list and beautiful breakfast spread. The friendly staff, although a bit formal, made me feel welcome and at ease. However, I did find the restaurant to be a bit misleading in terms of its formality, and the tasting menu, although fitting for a Michelin-starred establishment, was a bit limiting.

“Excellent in everyway”

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, with a breakfast spread that was both high-quality and beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the homemade granola with yogurt and fruit compote, and the lovely view across the countryside was a lovely bonus. My room was incredibly comfortable and luxurious, with all the amenities I could need, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel even went the extra mile with nice touches like a homemade flapjack by the bed.

“Tolle Location mit hervorragender Küche”

The hotel's location is perfect, with outstanding cuisine and service that's hard to match in the surrounding area. The tastefully decorated rooms are immaculately clean, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone. We're already looking forward to our next visit.
