The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were friendly and responsive, and the waffles were great, but the room needed a facelift—visible lines on the ceiling from patched seams, no microwave in the room, a noisy AC, and room 202 was close to the highway so it was noisy; there was little noise from other guests, but I would have preferred a removable shower head for mobility reasons.

The location was fine, but the room looked nothing like the pictures on the website, smelled musty and old.

The only outlet in the bathroom was over an open toilet without a lid, which made me hesitant to dry my hair; I liked nothing, felt unsafe, and was given a handicap room even though I didn’t need one; the bathroom was poorly lit and the outlet placement made me wonder if other things were not up to code.
