The views were pretty good, but room service fell short, and while the staff seemed friendly, they didn't seem fully dedicated.

“It was fine for what I needed but I wouldn't recommend it if someone has options.”

The property sits in a lovely spot with a river view, and it was conveniently on my route with plenty of parking for a large trailer on a pickup. Unfortunately, it felt a bit dirty and poorly maintained; the room fridge was unplugged, a stagnant smell lingered, and there was hair from previous guests in the shower.

“I would give the hotel a rating of 7.”

The restaurant staff were solid, yet the tub's top edge was dirty, a mildew‑like scent drifted through the hallways, and the pillows felt overly soft.

The bed was super comfortable, the modern décor was nice, and the room stayed clean. However, we faced a room that faced the parking lot, and the open window let in noise; I wish it had been closer to downtown for better fresh air.

“I thought the lady at the front desk was rude and my room was dirty and the AC did not work”

The location was decent, but the front desk at the room left a lot to be desired.
