Extended Stay America Suites - Houston - Galleria

“Will not stay here again”

The property was decent and the room was okay. There were roaches in the bathroom, one of the bathroom lights wasn’t working, and on the checkout day the water was shut off because a pipe was being repaired. I was supposed to get a 15 % discount but never received it.

“有免費遮陽停車位、房間寬敞”

They offered shaded free parking, the room was spacious and comfy, and a department store was a short walk away; because the road was clear I arrived early and the front‑desk staff let me check in ahead of time, and the hotel staff were enthusiastic and friendly. However, the room had a kitchenette but no full kitchen equipment; it’s used by long‑term guests, so on the corridor some rooms leak a faint air‑conditioned odor; breakfast was basic.

The air‑conditioning just wouldn’t cool.

“Bad”

The room was hot and I couldn’t adjust the temperature, so we all sweated through the night, and the next morning the water was cut off without any notice, leaving us unable to shower, brush our teeth, or use the restroom—an awful start to the day.

“Great Hidden Gem”

It was quiet and very clean, and the team was very helpful and attentive. Nothing negative; it was a great week‑long stay.
