Breakfast wasn’t included, but the kitchen had all the necessary utensils. With a four‑bedroom apartment, a table with only three chairs seemed very limited if all guests were present. Because we were elderly, we would have liked private services, but after booking we were told they were shared and we couldn’t cancel since the reservation didn’t allow it, so we adapted—no problem overall. However, during booking it wasn’t clear that the bathrooms were shared.

“Alojamiento decepcionante.”

The sheets and towels were worn out, and when we tried to wash them, we were told there was an extra charge—this wasn’t mentioned in the listing, unlike the air‑conditioning fee of 10 euros per day. Our room faced a main street, and the nighttime traffic made it impossible to sleep peacefully. The sheets, towels, and unnotified washing fee were the main complaints.

The photos were misleading; the service was terrible and rude. We were warned to check the photos and what we ordered, but it was still disappointing. Communication was awful: we requested early check‑in to drop off our luggage, and the contact person later allowed a 15‑minute earlier check‑in but then ignored us, hanging up mid‑conversation. We ended up with a later check‑in date than the booking offered. The room was the smallest available, far from the photo, more like a dorm. Ventilation was awful, the water had a strong chlorine smell, and we couldn’t drink tap water or shower without that scent. For this price and “quality,” at least improve customer service or don’t be rude.

The spot is great, but the person who welcomed me was the worst reception I've ever had; it felt like they were doing me a favor while charging a fortune for the room, and the tourist tax they added was higher than what the listing shows.

“Poorly-set up apartment-share situation”

The central spot is awesome and the host let us in early at no extra cost, but there's no AC and no soundproofing—people’s footsteps are obvious, laundry is listed as available but costs more than a local laundromat, and the bedroom doors are opaque so the room stays bright when hallway lights are on.
