They ruined my holidays. A few hours before arrival they told me there would be no water for the next two days, so I had to cancel and find another place.

The hostel feels very cozy, with staff that are very pleasant and responsive. It’s inexpensive and within walking distance of the city center.

The spot is handy – just outside the city centre and cheap for Yerevan – but don’t count on the advertised air‑conditioning; you only get a fan. The kitchen is pretty bare‑bones and you’ll need to bring your own towels. All in all, the price is right but the amenities are minimal.

The place sits in a decent location, rooms are clean enough for three people and the bathrooms stay tidy. They do have a washing machine, iron, ironing board and an electric kettle, which is handy. Unfortunately there’s no real AC – just a fan that can’t beat the daytime heat – and the fridge is tiny and the larger one doesn’t work, so storage is a problem.

“Location is good, but place needs maintanace”

The neighbourhood is solid, with a shawarma joint that stays open till 4 am and a coffee spot for mornings, and the staff member who greeted us was friendly and even managed a late‑night check‑in. The room, however, fell far short of the photos: the “air conditioning” turned out to be only a fan, making the night unbearable, and the ensuite bathroom reeked of mold due to poor ventilation.
