The bathroom was left with noticeable grime and a general sense of uncleanliness, and the sanitary box still had leftover trash from the previous guest that hadn't been collected. It felt like no basic cleaning or final inspection had been done throughout the water area, which made my stay uncomfortable. This is a serious failure in basic hygiene, so I strongly urge a strict review and improvement of the cleaning system.

The room layout and fixtures were excellent and having a separate bath, toilet and a washing area was very nice, though the air‑conditioner barely cooled and could use improvement.
