The location was unbeatable—every major attraction was within walking distance, and the place was very clean and well maintained; I loved the Grown Alchemist products that were provided. It felt like a home away from home, and the staff were world‑class; I’ll definitely return.

The hotel feels cozy, luxurious and charming, right in downtown Zurich’s heart, close to everything yet secluded. The room is small but has great personality and is spotless. Amenities come from Grown Alchemist, a solid brand, and the staff are incredible. Nothing to complain about.

The facilities are excellent and the historic building has been beautifully renovated. The staff are great. It just feels a bit too expensive.
