The living room environment is good. The floor soundproofing is lacking.

All the rooms, including the bathroom and toilet, were spotless and incredibly clean. No complaints.

The place is close to the airport, just four bus stops away, and a 15‑minute walk from the bus stop, which is pretty cheap and the staff were friendly. However, the soundproofing was awful—every step my roommate took was audible, even the toilet flushes, and the mattress and blanket made my skin itch all night so I couldn't sleep well. There are no nearby facilities, no restaurants or shops at all.
