“If i go to Kakamega i will surely consider to stay in this Hotel”
The staff were very friendly. I checked out early in the morning, and the breakfast that day wasn’t great—maybe because I left early.

The location, setting, gardens, breakfast, and service were all excellent. I had to pay to use the iron, and it would be nice to have a disposable toothbrush in the bathroom.

Monica at reception was amazing and the food was amazing. The bidet/douche wasn’t working.

The customer service was excellent. My room was ready by 11, and I had important meetings that I could attend online without any connection problems.
