Everything went smoothly and there was a pool.

Nothing positive. The place was dirty and needed repairs.

I would have liked to stay, but the hotel took my money and kept saying I wasn’t registered even though I had confirmation and the payment had already been processed. I felt robbed, paying for a room I couldn’t actually use.
