The hotel is a stunning modern place with excellent service and high standards; everything is new and spotless. The room itself is great, the balcony offers a wonderful view, and everything else is also lovely.

Прекрасный персонал, чистота в номере и идеальное расположение. 1. Плохая шумоизоляция 2. Персонал на столько громко проводит уборку, что отдохнуть в номере когда над тобой идет уборка - нереально) 3. К сожалению, мы получили легкое пищевое отравление от еды в ресторане данного отеля

“Perfect spot to enjoy Dilijan!”

Beautiful hotel in great location. Breakfast was really nice, they will cook omelettes to order and a great choice. Loved the chlorine free pool. All staff very sweet and friendly!. Music outside our room was a little loud but appreciated them turning it down

Good day. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the staff and their friendly attitude toward guests. I write in detail so it’s clear why I gave this rating. I booked the hotel a month before arrival on Booking with an international Visa card. A day before arrival I called reception to ask why the money hadn’t been charged to my card (the reservation was in US dollars) and received a very confusing answer that Booking doesn’t work in Armenia, so you can pay at the terminal. That’s nonsense – at Toun Diliyan friends paid fine. But that’s not the most interesting part. The hotel presents itself as a 5‑star property, yet it’s actually apartments. In our room there was no concierge; when I asked reception why it’s 5‑star, the answer simply surprised me – it’s Booking that decided. Great, Booking now assigns stars. The hotel even says it’s a hotel and a restaurant. Interestingly, the restaurant has no chef. I’m not recommending these cheap apartments.
