Motel Tranzyt Plus

I wasn't impressed with this hotel at all. The guy at the front desk had a huge problem with me trying to pay with my credit card - they just didn't have the facilities to accept it. It was a real hassle and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The room was cozy, with all the essentials like toiletries, a water bottle, clean towels, and a comfortable bed. The water was hot, and the room was spotless. However, the payment process was a hassle - you have to go to a nearby shop and pay in cash at a terminal. They also charge extra for parking, so it's best to leave your car near the shop. The staff seemed a bit clueless, and I had to call them to figure out where to check in.

“Дешеве. Але нікому категорично не раджу”

I was really looking forward to my stay, but things started to go downhill from the moment I arrived. The price I paid didn't match what they were charging for parking on their own property - there's a spot right outside the entrance that's free, but they still tried to fine me 200 hryvnia if I didn't pay. I refused to pay, and since it's not their land, I left my car there. To top it all off, they ended up refusing to let me check in.

The service at this place was absolutely terrible. When I called to ask for a late check-in, the person on the phone was rude and told me they couldn't accommodate me. They basically said not to bother calling if I need to check in after midnight. Needless to say, I won't be back.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. They confirmed my booking, but then didn't respond to my calls and ended up refusing to let me check in. It was a huge hassle and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
