“Too quality hotel”

Best breakfast ever. Adjustable air conditioning. The city is noisy; it is impossible to sleep with an open window. The pool should be open from 6 so those who start the day early could also use it.

Friendly and professional staff, good breakfast, but the shower horn was missing in the room, the water sink didn’t work smoothly, and I couldn’t switch to the rainforest shower.

“Хотелось бы больше и лучше сервиса за свои деньги”

I only liked the location and the pool; the pool was clean and breakfast was a four‑course meal, but the room only had a toothbrush set, so I had to ask for extra toiletries—before, all the items were always in the bathroom.

I had an excellent stay at this beautiful property, ideally situated in downtown Almaty and within walking distance of everything; the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, the property was exceptionally clean and well‑maintained, and the breakfast buffet offered many options, so I would highly recommend staying here.
