The staff coordination was excellent.

The room was good, housekeeping was proper, and breakfast was complimentary. However, I had to wait 1.5 hours to check in because they couldn't vacate the room on time.

The staff were mostly helpful, and the receptionist even joined me to shop for food when I arrived in Chennai at 3am because I had nothing to eat and no Indian currency. However, basic amenities like soap were missing, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, and I had to pay in advance to secure the room even though the listing said no prepayment was needed.
