“Grundsächlich empfehlenswert”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was spotless, and the wellness area was generous and attractive. However, the lake view couldn't mask the noise from the nearby, heavily trafficked street. The dining selection was wide, but the quality seemed cut; the food was decent, yet compared to other hotels of similar price and facilities it felt limited, especially in fresh fruit, vegetables, and dairy.

The building looks great and is well kept, the rooms are spotless and the spa is top‑notch. But the staff often refuse to speak English, which left me feeling pretty uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly, the location is convenient, and the spa is a highlight. The downside? The room lighting is dim, the beds and pillows are a bit stiff, and there’s no kettle. Breakfast is decent but could use more variety.
