I didn't receive a key during my stay, so in the morning when I wanted to leave the room was unlocked. I only liked the price. The room was dirty and had no key.
“an overnight sleep with mosquitos all over the place”
The place is near a couple of shopping centers and a train station, easy access, though a bit tricky as it's at the back of the office complex (Ruko). There were many mosquitoes and the aircon leaked, no external lock so you can't leave the property unattended, only a small lock slot inside, no hot water, no amenities except a very tiny bottle of water, and the photo from booking.con was totally different from the actual room.

I appreciated how quickly the staff responded and helped whenever I needed something. However, the location inside a complex made it a hassle to get in or order delivery because we had to pass through a paid gate; staying just one night with a toddler was uncomfortable since the room felt poorly cleaned and the fixtures were sub‑par, with dust under the bed and grime on the walls, which isn’t safe for a crawling child; the shower in room 707 barely produced water so we had to use the side‑sprayer by the toilet, the TV was broken, there was no hot water or water heater, and the whole bathroom seemed faulty.
