“Highly recommend, friendly owners!”

We stayed at Keswick a couple of weeks ago in the twin room; Tracy greeted us at the B&B and made us feel right at home right away. The room and ensuite were immaculate and the beds super comfy. We had the full English breakfast, all delicious with plenty of coffee! The other guests we chatted with were regulars who’d stayed many times because of the friendly owners Tracy & Andrew, the good facilities, and the great location. After a late finish from a race, we asked for an extra night and they sorted it immediately—really appreciated that! I’d definitely recommend it as a base in Keswick. Everything was good!

“Warm and welcoming”

Tracey and Andrew were so welcoming, it felt like a home away from home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and roomy for the two of us. Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning and gave us a warm start to the day. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely come back when we visit the lakes.

The room’s attention to detail was lovely.

The hosts were the best I’ve ever had—friendly, helpful, and they went out of their way to solve a problem I had that had nothing to do with the property or my stay.
