The negative rating is confirmed by the fact that we didn’t spend a night there. First, the address didn’t match the one on the website. After a phone call, the correct building was located, but it was under renovation and totally unsuitable for guests. The stairs were dangerous, each step about 10 cm, the hallway toilet had no door lock, etc. I don’t understand why this service was marked as completed when I didn’t confirm it. In short, this listing shouldn’t be offered; it caused me extra costs while searching for another place at 108 €.
