Good location, but the electric water heater was a problem.

This hotel's proximity to some great food at paskal is a definite perk. However, I was a bit put off by the towels feeling a bit rough, the staff not being very friendly, and the price not really matching up with the facilities.

“Not recommended. Incorrect location on Booking. You pay cheap you get cheap”

I'm glad the hotel is close to Paskal Mall, that's definitely a plus. However, that's where the positives end - the experience was pretty marred by some significant issues. The address on the booking was incorrect, which is just basic, and the customer service didn't respond to my messages. When I got to the room, it was worn out, the bed sheets were dirty, and to top it off, the front desk wasn't 24 hours like they claimed.

The location is pretty convenient, just a short walk to Paskal Food Market and Paskal Mall, but that's about it - the room was a letdown. It was dirty, with a dirty sheet that made my skin itch all night, and the noise from outside was a real problem since the room isn't soundproof. I didn't get a good night's sleep and honestly, it wasn't worth the money.

“Good location for biz trip, but not for leisure”

Being in the city center is definitely a perk - there's plenty to eat and do, both local and franchise options at the mall and surrounding shophouses, and the receptionist was really helpful. That said, I had some trouble finding the place on Google Maps, apparently it's marked wrong. If you're trying to find it, look for Toko emas ABC and it's just across the street. The room wasn't perfect either - I'm not sure if they change the bed covers between guests, and there wasn't daily cleaning.
