“Very nice hotel und the old quarter”

The hotel was very good; we received a room upgrade that was really nice. Ms. May was our host and handled all our needs.

We felt very welcome and appreciated the care for guests. The beds were very comfortable. One person is celiac, there were few options for gluten‑free breakfast, although they understand what gluten‑free means and took care of that.

The rooftop bar was excellent with an amazing view over the city, plenty of seats and options, great food, drinks, and staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked and pre‑paid for a van for four people and four suitcases on our return from Ho Long Bay cruise with the hotel staff, but we were picked up in a car that we only just fit into. The pool was a bit small but the water was okay.

Cindy was great. The laundry service was really good. The shower size was a bit small but okay.
