I was welcomed at 6 PM by the most professional front‑desk agent. I mentioned we were staying to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and he handed me a card for him—a nice gesture. Our room was amazing, with a gorgeous view of Big Spring Park, exactly what we wanted.

I loved the spot and the place was spotless, but the room didn’t get cleaned after my first night – no fresh towels and the trash bins stayed full until I checked out.
