“Fijne net gezellige hotel”

The hotel's cleanliness and tidiness were definitely a plus, but unfortunately, that's where the good things end. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a nice touch, but the overall experience was marred by a lack of quality in every aspect. From the moment I checked in, I was expecting a lot more, but it seemed like nothing was done particularly well. The staff's efforts were the only redeeming quality, but even that couldn't make up for the hotel's shortcomings.

The hotel's location was a major plus, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by some pretty significant drawbacks. The staff member who greeted me at check-in spoke limited Dutch, which made communication a bit tricky. On the other hand, when I tried to check out, there was no one around, so I had to wait for a few minutes for the restaurant staff to find someone to help me. It was a bit frustrating, but at least they were apologetic.

“Oké”

The hotel's location and friendly staff were definite highlights, but it was hard to see how it justified the "Boutique Hotel" and "Deluxe Room" labels. It was just okay, but not quite what we were expecting from those descriptions.

“Terrible”

We were really looking forward to our Christmas stay, but unfortunately, things didn't quite go as planned. The hotel's central location is a major plus, but the service we received was a letdown. We arrived late on Christmas Day and were expecting a warm welcome, but the rooms were freezing with no heating and no water. When we called reception to report the issue, they initially denied there was a problem, which made things even more frustrating.
