“Was great”

The staff were great and responsive, but I had to pay for a towel to bring to the beach.

The hotel is right in front of the beach, has three pools, and offers live music twice a week with plenty of chairs and loungers. However, some reception staff were not very helpful, the breakfast included some low‑quality items and did not mention the possibility of tapioca, and a problem with the attached toilet in my room didn’t drain properly – it was reported but never fixed, so I had to call reception twice. A burnt light fixture was not repaired, and there were uncovered holes in the parking lot marked only with strips, which could be dangerous for children; the parking spaces were also unpainted.

The location, staff, and facilities were good, but the food was weak in flavor. There was a wide variety, yet nothing tasted good—from the café pastries to dinner. I think they could invest more in that area.

“**Estadia fenomenal e perfeita para casal!**”

The experience was flawless for a couple traveling together; the accommodation was extremely comfortable, the atmosphere charming, and the location in Arraial d'Ajuda fantastic, making our trip even more special. I liked everything, and there was no negative aspect in the stay, service, or the incredible place.
