The beach location, company facilities, food, beer, staff, and weather were great, but the step down to the bathroom was very steep and the exterior entrance steps need a handrail.

The meals were tasty and budget‑friendly, Sugar Beach felt very relaxing, the shore was spotless and great for swimming, and the staff were warm and accommodating.

I appreciated the beach—clear water, no rocks, and pristine white sand—but the cottage we stayed in was disappointing; I had paid for an air‑co room, yet we received a mosquito‑netted cottage with a fan that barely worked, making it unbearably hot and I even saw a bat flying around inside, which was a nightmare.
