The hotel’s central location was convenient, and the room was modern with a comfy bed, a good TV, and effective AC. The access code kept changing on check‑in day, which confused me and temporarily locked me out, but the support team resolved it quickly.

I like the facilities, lovely bed and shower. The fire alarm kept going off, to the point one of the delays I actually left the property because it was so loud and recurring from 7am and then I arrived back at 3pm it went off again

The location was great and the place was clean. Unit 106 needs a new thick‑glass window to block street noise, because it faces an alley. Trash trucks wake you up at night, so a window that opens to let air out of the room would help.

The cleaning was good. The room felt a bit narrow.

Everything was spot‑on: location, cleanliness, and facilities. We did spot a bug, but the property manager fixed it.
