The hotel's reception was a letdown, with long wait times and a lack of warmth. When I asked a question, I was met with a dismissive response that seemed to contradict what I'd just been told. The staff didn't exactly radiate a friendly smile, which didn't make me feel welcome. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
