After a long night traveling across Lisbon from the airport, a kind lady—probably the host—told us we had to pay an extra €52,00 because we had booked a room for two people (and no one else was actually in the room) and we were supposed to cover the cost for a third person. It was late, so we didn’t argue, but I want this review to warn others who might stay at this hostel. Also, the building smelled like cat urine and the rooms and bathrooms were definitely worse than in the photos. I understand choosing a hostel to save money, but it felt a bit too much.
