The spot is spot on between Ochsner Medical Center and AL, and they even serve lemon‑infused water in the lobby. Nothing else really sticks out.

The breakfast was decent and the location was fine, but the check‑in messed us up by putting us under someone else’s name. The staff started off a bit rude before warming up. The room carried a damp, mildew smell, and the pool was neglected, filthy, and unusable—something we needed because our kids were eager to swim.
