I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, which was very welcoming to my two Labradors, with lovely attention to detail and a great reception.
reception, room views and the building, all excellent. This hotel is a very expensive stop over, every thing should be perfect, the restaurant service was slow. taking 3.75 hours for diner. the menu was only two choices at 90e per person one meat, one vegetarian. Both were taster choices not a real meal. portions were minuscule, with the long wait between courses. We completed the menu still hungry and frustrated by the very slow service. The head waiter was rushing around doing his best, the other waiting people seamed not to know what they should be doing. What should have been an enjoyable evening, simply was not
Magnificent and MAGICAL . The most incredible property and the most amazing rooms , the bar , outside patio , the most incredible facial at the SPA . All was great
