The Crown Hotel

The staff, food, and service were excellent, but the bed sagged on both sides and made me roll out of it—needs an upgrade.

“Reasonable hotel but not exceptional.”

Location for Cairnryan Staff were good. Service was good. Lasagne with wrong cheese (not Parmesan!) Very tired Room door had no lock

“Great food and staff. Room ok but needs improvement - especially mattress.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and both breakfast and dinner turned out to be exceptional, though the bedroom was just adequate. The mattress felt old and had no support, making it uncomfortable; the furniture was tired, the bedside lamp was broken, the hot tap in the sink swivels, and the scalding hot water had no plug to mix with cold—only the shower was acceptable.

Staff attentive, friendly and helpful. Room was quiet adequate for our 1 night stay. Breakfast hot and tasty. Car parking adjacent to flat and hotel

The location was perfect, and the staff were lovely and friendly, with no negatives to note.
