The exterior décor was nice. The room and bathroom were outdated and uncomfortable

Everything was fine except the food; honestly, the cuisine doesn’t match other 5‑star resorts, and the service wasn’t up to par either, though the staff were at least polite and courteous. The food was underwhelming, which explains why breakfast is free – we chose to eat out three of the four evenings for better options.
