“Very Lovely Stay”

Very clean, sunny, quiet spot just a few steps from the beach and Collins Ave, with easy access to anywhere in Miami or Bal Harbour. I stayed a month and ordered some packages that were stolen from outside the building.

“Fantastic place!”

Fantastic place! Outstanding location 💖. It would be great if the air conditioning could be controlled; it’s central, so sometimes it was a bit cold, other times a bit warm.

Clean, exactly as advertised, quiet and comfortable. Thanks for the comped drinks! The property manager (or owner) wasn’t on site but was readily available and opened our room for early check‑in even though I hadn’t requested it beforehand. Everything was great!

The place was gorgeous and well‑situated, but the bathroom was a bit rough—water pressure was low and there was no shower chair, just a shower head, which made it hard for a woman to wash comfortably.
