“Beautiful experience in Spain”

The place, the bedrooms, the kitchen, the front yard, and the views are all excellent. The living room TV was mounted far too low, making it hard to watch without straining your neck; it should be at sitting level or higher. The Wi‑Fi also kept disconnecting and the connection was weak.

“Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen”

I was blown away by how peaceful the place is, right in the middle of nature yet still fully comfortable. The only downside was that with a family of five we wished for a few larger cooking pots to be available.

“Desconexión”

The setting and the views were fantastic. The only inconvenience was that if you need to shop you have to drive 40 minutes away from the site.

“Bonito pero agobiante.”

The scenery was amazing and we stayed very calm throughout. I had requested a crib and a high chair in advance, but when we arrived they were missing. The cleaning hadn’t been done because we hadn’t been notified that we were arriving that day. Because of that, the heating was turned on half an hour before we got there, as we had informed them. One of the staff members told us about that. Also, we couldn’t control the heating ourselves; we had to keep asking them to adjust it, even with a baby in the room. We had asked for barbecue tools ahead of time and bought food because they said it would be fine to use it, but when we got there we found that it was already “reserved,” so we couldn’t use it and had to throw away food that had gone bad when we returned. Regarding Wi‑Fi, there was a sign with the password and name that didn’t match, so we couldn’t connect. I’m not sure if cleaning was included in the price, but they demanded that we leave the house clean and throw all the rubbish away. I can conclude that the communication between the two staff members was inadequate and the price was excessive for the services provided.
