The hotel sits in a central location yet remains quiet. The landlord is very friendly and supplies useful tips. The room is fully equipped with everything you need and very clean. There’s also a cozy courtyard you can use.

The central location and the host were very helpful, like a friend; Saba also acted as driver and guide for a tour in Georgia, always friendly, available, professional, fixing issues and offering suitable solutions—highly recommend.

The spot is decent and the kitchen gear is solid, but I never saw the owner unless someone came to pick up the cash.

I strongly recommend Hotel 1870. Great location—just a short walk to the city center. The room had a kettle and the kitchen was well equipped, so everything needed was there. The price is super attractive for that standard. The host was pleasant and extremely helpful, letting me stay longer even after the hotel day had ended. Very hospitable place, I’ll definitely return.
